Hysan School Network is one of Myanmar’s largest English-language education networks, with  25 branches across Myanmar. Together with Hysan Junior English School, Hysan Education English School provide accessible, high-quality English education to learners of different ages and backgrounds.

Teaching quality and student transformation are at the heart of our work. Our CEFR-aligned programmes combine Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) with task-based, project-based and experiential learning. Students develop communicative competence through learner-centred lessons, clubs, collaborative projects, video challenges, and learning experiences beyond the classroom.

Our teaching practice is guided by the 3A Lesson Principles—Active, Authentic and Applicable—and the 4C Learning Framework—Communicative Approach, Community, Continuous Assessment and Coaching. We aim to help students use English confidently and meaningfully, rather than simply acquire knowledge about the language.

To maintain the Hysan Gold Teaching Standards, we support teachers through structured induction, mentoring, classroom observations, coaching, workshops and collaborative professional development. Teachers are encouraged to learn from one another, reflect on their practice and grow continuously as ELT professionals.
