Our recruitment process is designed to assess your English proficiency, teaching potential, professional mindset, and alignment with Hysan Education’s academic standards.
After you submit your application, our team will review your CV, qualifications, teaching experience, and other relevant documents to determine your suitability for the role.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a first interview. This stage focuses on your English proficiency, teaching experience, communication skills, professional mindset, and motivation to join Hysan Education.
Candidates who pass the first interview will be asked to prepare a lesson plan and teaching materials for one lesson. This task will be conducted in line with Hysan Education’s Policy on Use of Applicant-Submitted Lesson Plans and Materials, which protects applicants’ intellectual property and ensures confidentiality during the recruitment process. The lesson preparation task will be sent to candidates within one week after the first interview.
The second interview includes a discussion of your teaching philosophy, lesson planning decisions, teaching methodology, classroom management, learner support, assessment practices, and professional development expectations. Candidates will also deliver a short teaching demonstration, allowing us to assess classroom language, instruction-giving, learner engagement, teaching techniques, and the ability to create a student-centred learning experience.
After the interview process is completed, the academic team will make the final decision. Successful candidates will receive an offer letter within one week, together with further details about the role, onboarding, and next steps.
