Our academic positions range from Teacher Trainee to Lead EFL Teacher, allowing teachers to grow through a clear professional pathway based on teaching competence, language proficiency, classroom performance, and contribution to academic quality. The detailed roles include Teacher Trainee, Junior EFL Teacher, EFL Teacher, Senior EFL Teacher, and Lead EFL Teacher, each with different levels of responsibility and professional expectations.
Academic staff at Hysan Education are expected to:
Teach General English and Business English classes as assigned.
Plan, adapt, and deliver lessons aligned with Hysan Gold Teaching Standards.
Use communicative, learner-centred, and outcome-focused teaching approaches.
Support students’ CEFR progression through effective classroom teaching, coaching, and feedback.
Maintain academic records such as Class Profile Documents and Student Portfolios.
Participate in placement interviews, internal assessments, and Language Checkpoints where assigned.
Contribute to a positive, professional, and student-centred learning environment.
Engage in professional development, peer collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Follow Hysan’s safeguarding, communication, code of conduct, and company policies.
