Full Title: EFL Teacher Trainee
The Teacher Trainee is an entry-level position focused on developing teaching competence through structured training, classroom observation, and guided support. This role is designed to build foundational skills in teaching, learner awareness, and professional practice while cultivating a growth mindset for continuous development.
Participate in and successfully complete structured training programmes to develop teaching skills and methodology.
Observe a minimum of 8 sessions per week and submit observation reports.
Assist teachers with in-class facilitation and student engagement.
Support lesson preparation and material development.
Develop awareness of learner characteristics and document in the Class Profile where assigned (motivation, learning styles, maturity, learning strategies) and learner needs (purpose of learning English).
Attend professional development sessions and meetings.
Adhere to Hysan Code of Conduct and teaching standards.
Minimum Language Level: B2 (IELTS 5–6 | English Score ~400–499)
You must have a High School Completion Certificate or equivalent

Full Title - Junior EFL Teacher
Junior EFL Teachers are developing practitioners responsible for delivering English classes while building consistency in lesson delivery, classroom management, and student support. They contribute to student progress through structured teaching, coaching, and active engagement with Hysan’s academic systems.
Deliver General English and Business English across assigned levels, applying communicative and learner-centred approaches.
Plan, adapt, and deliver lessons aligned with Hysan Gold Teaching Standards (HGTS) to achieve measurable learning outcomes.
Maintain Class Profile Documents (learner characteristics and needs) and Student Portfolios; track progress and provide targeted coaching.
Prepare learners to achieve CEFR progression within three months.
Conduct placement interviews and internal assessments, including the Hysan Language Checkpoint (LC) as assigned.
Apply a range of methodologies (e.g., CLT, TBL, guided discovery) and contribute to a positive, structured learning environment.
Collaborate with Course In-Charge (IC) teachers and teams and participate in professional development; mentor peers where applicable.
