At Hysan Education, we are committed to maintaining ethical hiring practices and respecting the intellectual property of all teaching professionals.
As part of our recruitment process, shortlisted applicants may be required to develop and submit lesson plans and accompanying materials for interview and evaluation purposes.
Hysan Education affirms the following:
All lesson plans, activities, and original teaching materials submitted by applicants during the interview process remain the intellectual property of the applicant.
Hysan Education will not use, reproduce, or distribute any applicant-submitted lesson materials for instructional or commercial purposes during or after the interview process unless the applicant is officially employed.
Upon successful hiring, an applicant may be asked to use their submitted lesson plan to teach actual Hysan students as part of the performance evaluation during the probation period. In such cases, the material will be used solely for classroom instruction and not for institutional reuse beyond that context.
All submitted lesson plans and materials will be treated as confidential and will not be shared outside the recruitment team.
